ExperienceSteven Petitpas is a registered architect and licensed builder with related experience in landscape architecture, interior design and construction management. With three decades of architectural experience, he has been involved with the design of both renovation and new construction projects. He has broad professional experience with a diversity of building types and construction technologies. Mr. Petitpas has extensive diverse experience with public & private sector design projects that represent a broad range of facility types, market segments and construction technologies. His experience includes affordable housing, health care, commercial, institutional and hospitality projects, open spaces, schools & municipal buildings as well as regulatory approvals processes.

Mr. Petitpas is the principal of his own Architectural Design/Consulting firm, Aesthetic Images, and has provided complete design services, to a number of clients such Harvard University; Akira Yamashita Associates, a Japanese urban design firm; DCPO and Mass. Port Authority, state agencies; PFD, a city agency; USPS, and the US Army. He has broad experience in the design of buildable projects that reflect the practical and common sense construction knowledge necessary for successful design and construction solutions.

His skills, in the design and management of diverse project types, accommodating complex programs, multiple user needs, and stringent budgetary constraints, are brought to all projects.
